Office 2007 File Converter
Quick tip on Office 2007 working with Office 2003.
If you are receiving files that end with an x from someone, for example if you receive a word document that ends with .docx instead of .doc, and when you try and open it, Word gives you some kind of error or says it can not read this file. Then you need the file converter!
I won’t go into the details but basically Office 2007 uses a slightly different code and format that Office 2003 (and previous versions). Here is the link to the converter from microsoft.
