Planning Center Online!

This is an awesome tool that we have implemented this past week for scheduling and communication with volunteers in ministries! We are currently using it for Music and our Tech Team and it’s been fun! Everyone one of your volunteers gets a login and they can go in and block out dates they won’t be able to participate, they can see all the orders of service that they are involved in. As an administrator you send out pre made emails to everyone you schedule and through that email they accept or decline the time you scheduled that person for, and it automatically posts online so you see real-time updates!

You can also create custom reports, I use this to customize the look of a service order print out. I customize one for our tech team specifically with notes that apply to them only, I posted a quick video about it, it’s just…sweet!
